Ink & Arrows has opened so many doors for me. It’s really quite amazing how a small personal project has grown into something much bigger. I never expected to get emails from people wanting to be in the next issue. It blows my mind that people really are loving this magazine.
I love being able to check my inbox and have people say that Ink & Arrows is really inspiring to them because we feature a ‘wide variety of new fresh artists.’ That is one of the reasons why I wanted to start this magazine. I love checking out art magazines but every magazine would feature similar artists in each issue. I wanted to have a magazine that featured any type of creative and didn’t have only pro’s features in. As much as love reading interviews from professional creatives, I wanted to hear what the beginner and amateur artists had to say. Reading a interview from a beginner/amateur when you are one - helps so much because I think you can relate more. (Plus I think it gives hope to people that they don’t have to be a pro to get notices in the creative world)
I just want to say thank you to everyone that has supported Ink & Arrows. I really means a lot to hear your thoughts on the magazine and that you really love what you see.
